About

Allison McEntire is the AI Enablement Lead at Nuuly in Philadelphia. Her job is helping engineering teams go from “we have the tools” to “we use them well.” She came to it from the code side: years as an iOS engineer at Deloitte Digital and as a staff engineer at URBN, plus conference talks on AI and Swift at SwiftLeeds (2022), iOSDevUK (2023), and Deep Dish Swift (2025, “Prompt Engineering for Accessibility”). Before engineering she taught writing and composition at Seattle Central College and web development at the University of Washington. She ran a small press as its managing editor and still writes fiction. She holds Google Cloud’s Generative AI Leader certification. Well-Appointed AI is where she writes down what’s working.
